Shipping Policy

When you place an order for CBD Products through the CBDIsland website, your order will be shipped to the address you designate as the "Shipping Address", the driver will attempt one delivery. If you are not there, or if the driver is unable to deliver, the driver will aim to deliver your parcel to a neighbour or will leave at a Pickup parcelshop.

Shipping Costs/Times:

Free UK 1st Class Recorded Delivery - All of our orders are shipped free for UK Residents. Royal Mail aim to delivery within 1-3 Working days

European Standard Shipping - £9.95, please allow 3 - 7 working days to receive your products.

Rest of the World:

• International Shipping Zone 1: £15.00 for orders between £75.00–£100.00 
• International Shipping Zone 2: £20.00 for orders between £50.00–£75.00
• International Shipping Zone 3: £25.00 for orders between £0.00–£50.00 

Orders placed before 2:30pm will be sent out the same working day.

All orders placed after 2:30pm will not be shipped until the following working day.

**European & International shipping – The cost of shipping will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping zone and basket value. The customer agrees that it is their sole responsibility to pay the taxes & duties that their order/s may incur based on their country of destination.

NB: All orders placed on a Friday will not be shipped until the following Monday.

Trade Shipping Costs/Times:

UK Trade Shipping - Orders under 10kg are charged at £6.40, while all orders above are charged depending on final weight and destination. Please allow for 2 - 5 working days to receive your products.

Rest of the World - £14.95, please allow 3 - 7 working days to receive your products.  

• Rest of the World - International shipping – The cost of shipping will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping zone and basket value. The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorises CBDIsland to import the goods on their behalf. The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.

• Shipping Restrictions – Our products can be shipped worldwide with the exception of the following countries: Australia, Bouvet Island, Heard & McDonald Islands, Iran, Malaysia, North Korea, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Syria, United Arab Emirates.

• Missing or Lost Packages – All our parcels are tracked. Should your shipment not arrive within the specified times indicated above then please contact us immediately at info@cbdisland.co.uk and we will endeavour to resolve this issue.

• Please Note: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure our product can be imported legally to the customer's location. CBDIsland will not be held responsible for shipments seized by customs.
